American
Red Cross – San Gabriel Pomona Valley Chapter www.sgpvarc.org
The San Gabriel Pomona Valley Chapter continues to carry out the mission of the American Red Cross in providing relief to victims of disaster and help people prevent, prepare for and respond to emergencies. During fiscal year 2004-2005, the San Gabriel Pomona Valley Chapter continued its steadfast support for the community. When people think about the Red Cross, blood donation often comes to mind but the Red Cross does so much more than that. The chapter responds to disasters, relays emergency messaging and provides necessary life-saving skills.
